How Dry Cleaning Works

We do all of our dry cleaning here on our premises. We do it all, and we do it right here!

All of our dry cleaning is done right here on our premises. We monitor the process from beginning to end to ensure that your dry cleaning is given the attention and care you deserve. We handle a variety of dry cleaning needs including

  • Bed spreads and comfortors
  • Down comfortors
  • Special occasion clothing
  • "Dry clean only" fabrics
  • Leather coats, jackets, and pants
  • Suede clothing

Seasonal cleaning keeps your textiles at their best.

Spring

  • Have your draperies cleaned in time for summer breezes! Take-down and re-hang service is available for your convenience.
  • Sweaters, woolens, down jackets, and other winter wear should be cleaned prior to storage for the warmer months.
  • Quilts and down comfortors will stay fresher during summer storage if they're cleaned now.

Drapes on pleater

Drapes are cleaned and then carefully pleated before rehanging.

Summer

  • Delicate silks and other "dry clean only" items
  • Wedding and other special occasion gowns (consider heirlooming these items to preserve special memories!)

Fall

  • Freshen winter clothes and bedding before use; eliminate any odors or mustiness from storage.
  • Consider refurbishing down pillows at this time.
  • If you're changing to heavier drapes for winter drafts, have them cleaned and pleated to look their best all season long.

Winter

  • Special holiday fabrics and clothing should be cleaned before you put them away for another year
